Any major changes to the autobiography (content, corrections or new material) will be posted here.
Those who have previously purchased the book will be sent an e-mail directing you to this change page. If the changes are significant (a “whole number” revision), you will be sent a new copy.
Current purchases will contain all changes and will be up-to-date.

A change log shows the revisions to this document since the initial inception. Revisions are arrived at by the inclusion of additional material, significant grammatical or content corrections, etc.
Below is a list of changes made since the original document was first offered. The latest revision number is shown first and that will be the one you get when you order this book. Any previous revisions will also be included in the latest one.
To check which version you have, go to the “Permissions & Credits” page, next to last page in the book. At the bottom, under “First Printing 2008”, you will find the Rev. number.
If there is NO revision number, you have the original delivery of the book. You should already have been contacted to see if you want the latest revision sent to you! If not, send an email request and you will receive the latest.
